Cancellation Policy
What happens to your money when plans change — yours or the organizer's.
Last updated: July 2026
If you cancel
- More than 24 hours before kick-off: cancel and you're refunded in full, automatically.
- Within 24 hours of kick-off: you can still release your spot so the organizer knows and someone else can take it, but the payment is not refunded.
The exact deadline for your booking is fixed at the moment you book and does not change afterwards, even if the organizer edits the game.
If the organizer cancels the game
Every confirmed player is refunded in full, automatically — regardless of how close to kick-off it happens and regardless of the 24-hour deadline above. You don't need to ask.
If you don't pay in time
A spot in a paid game is held for 30 minutes. If payment isn't completed, the spot is released so somebody else can take it. Nothing is charged.
How refunds arrive
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually takes a few working days to show it. You can follow the status in My Games.
Free games
Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund — but please still cancel if you can't make it, so the spot goes to somebody else.
