1. About this beta

FyndPlay is currently a beta platform operated by Wanderson Isac Alcantara Pereira. It helps adult players discover and join football games organised by independent organisers at third-party arenas.

The beta is being used to validate the platform, its booking flows and its community features. Features may change, become unavailable or be removed during this period.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.

Accounts are personal and cannot be transferred. You must not create accounts for other people, impersonate another person or use the platform fraudulently.

3. Email verification

Some features require a verified email address. We may send essential service messages concerning account security, bookings, cancellations and changes that materially affect your use of the platform.

4. Games, organisers and arenas

Games may be created and managed by independent organisers. Arenas are third-party venues and are responsible for their premises, pitch rules and on-site operations. Unless expressly stated otherwise, neither an organiser nor an arena is an employee or representative of FyndPlay.

Game information can change. Players should review the date, time, location, price indication, skill level and venue rules before joining.

5. Bookings and payments

Paid bookings are processed through Stripe. Review the price, date, venue and cancellation conditions presented at checkout before paying. Card details are processed by Stripe; FyndPlay does not store complete card numbers.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to the published Cancellation Policy and any applicable mandatory consumer rights.

6. Attendance and conduct

Players should arrive on time, follow reasonable instructions from the organiser and comply with the arena's safety and conduct rules. Organisers may record attendance for games they manage.

You must not harass other users, publish unlawful or abusive content, manipulate bookings, interfere with the platform or use information obtained through the platform for unauthorised purposes.

7. Community features

Messages, profiles and availability features must be used respectfully. We may restrict content or access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate reports, prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.

8. Safety and sporting risk

Football is a physical activity involving an inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding whether you are fit to participate, using suitable equipment and following applicable safety instructions.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict an account where there is a reasonable indication of abuse, fraud, serious misconduct, a security risk or a breach of these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time and request account deletion, subject to records that must be retained.

10. Platform availability

Because this is a beta service, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may perform maintenance, change features or temporarily suspend access.

11. Intellectual property

The FyndPlay name, interface, software and original platform materials belong to their respective owner and may not be copied, resold or exploited without permission. You retain responsibility for content you submit.

12. Privacy and cancellations

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. The Cancellation Policy explains the cancellation and refund conditions.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the beta develops. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate. A new version must be accepted when the changes require renewed agreement.

14. Applicable law and contact

These beta terms are governed by Belgian law, without removing any mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
