1. Who is responsible for your information

Wanderson Isac Alcantara Pereira, trading as FyndPlay, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@fyndplay.com.

2. Information we collect

• account information, including name, email address and authentication status;
• player profile information, such as photo, city, bio, skill level, position and dominant foot;
• availability, team, game, booking, attendance and invitation information;
• messages, reports and other community content you choose to submit;
• payment, refund and payout references, amounts, currencies and statuses;
• device and push-notification identifiers; and
• technical, security and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.

Card details are collected and processed by Stripe. FyndPlay does not receive or store your complete card number.

3. Why we use information

We use personal information to:

• create and secure accounts;
• show games, players, teams, arenas and availability;
• manage bookings, payments, refunds, attendance and notifications;
• enable conversations and respond to support requests;
• prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents; and
• comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

Depending on the activity, processing is necessary to provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate operational and security interests, or act on consent that you may withdraw.

4. Visibility and sharing

Profile and availability information is shown according to the visibility choices and community features you use. Organisers and arenas can access information needed to manage their games and bookings. Private messages are available to the conversation participants and may be reviewed when necessary to investigate a report or protect users.

We use service providers including Supabase for authentication, database and storage, Stripe for payments, Expo for app delivery and notifications, and Vercel for web hosting. They process information to provide their services under their own contractual and security obligations. We do not sell personal information.

5. International processing

Some service providers may process information outside Belgium or the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for those transfers.

6. Retention

Account and profile information is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for security or legal claims. Booking, payment, refund and settlement records may be retained for the periods required by accounting, tax and fraud-prevention rules. Community and technical records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

8. Security and children

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. FyndPlay is intended for users aged at least 18.

9. Changes and related documents

We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. See also our Cookie Policy and Terms of Service and the account deletion page.
